Always way to much work, but where isn't that the case? Working on projects that you want to work on is encouraged rather than slowly beaten out of you. Doing things the right way, because they are the right thing to do is allowed, even if it takes a little longer. Growing management may affect the company direction but they don't often get in the way of work or yank the rug out from under you.
