rating for Red Hat, Inc.

3.0 Best job to date posted on November 27, 2006

What's best about Red Hat as an employer is how they care for their employees. And I don't just mean financially, but also professionally and personally.

With the various classes offered internally, I've grown my skills and knowledge on such topics as how to properly interview candidates, how to give presentations, how to be more effecient when managing people. I've also taken acredited programming classes towards my degree on site at our offices.

On the personal side, I've met a wide variety of friendly and skilled engineers. And to work for a company who shares my same view philosophically when it comes to software and who holds quality to a higher importance is what makes me feel satisfied with my job.
