Randi has some sort of mental disorder which causes her to fall asleep then start yelling. She mostly seems unaware she's doing it, but sometimes she seems aware somethings wrong with her. Unfortunately she'll start to cry one moment then blame you for things you never did.
Jay is the primary person in charge and he seems normal on the surface, but after you learn what a liar he is, you'll realize Randi is the better of the two because at least Randi has a medical condition to explain the poor behavior.
In the end, do not even consider talking with them. You've been warned.
