Advaiya is not for engineers and good software developers. but not bad for graduates with commerrce and arts background with low percentage. As the work maily comprise of preparing demo for which you just need to know little english as everything will be provided on net and you just have to copy and paste it in your document or demo.If you want to build your career then be cautious and join advaiya only to spoil your career. Also there are lot of project leaders and project managers who don't know how things actually work and they'll al;ways standing on your head to do things soon. All the pl and pm work is to hold daily meetings for 1-2 hours for every task you do daily..really its sometimes so frustrating as they ar curbing our enery and wasting time which can be utilized productively.

Hey, there you'll also be given an opportunity to take care of advaiya electricity bills, pantry, housekeeping etc. As the every office work is divided in employees and is associated with your salary package. So u'll be keeping track of AC or anserable why the coffee machine doesn't have coffee in it or why the telephones are not working well.

if you wanna work like a servant then advaiya is for you.
