Expeditors is like a lot of large non-technical companies. IS is seen by upper management as a custodial function, years of loyalty are rewarded over merit, projects are boring, they have cubes, ugly carpet, soul sucking flourescent lights, and all the other usual trappings. But Expeditors takes it a step further with its special brand of corporate culture. Ties(!) are required, whiteboards are not allowed, and they actually commissioned their own Expeditors more...
