very bad because she doesn't know how to handle business , doesn't know how to be a people person and have worst leadership and influence. nobody respect the team she leads because of her poor image and influence . her business ethnics is very low, stealing clients from her teammates. she's get overpaid for a job she doesn't know how to do . anyone who hired her , don't know what they saw in her other than her fake facade.
