Bad Employer, better for students to do research

As an employer, it is one of the worst organization, but as an research institute it is quite suited for students. The research organization stinks of academic type politics. Upper management doesn't understand the difference between employees and research students. Employees are treated like research student. Highly recommended to stay away from the research organization if you are joining as an employee.
