    Although I get my paycheck with Northrop Grumman I don't necessarily work there. I am an on base employee and work outside of the Northrop Grumman Atmosphere. I am willing to bet that about 80% of NGIT contractors work outside of Northrop Grumman and on other projects, so this is normal.

    The pay is good. Benefits are decent. Single sign on is non-existent.(I have upwards to 10 different username/password combos for various areas of their ERP system).

    NGC is so huge, my experience isn't necessarily the norm. Overall, the people are easy going and fun, surprisingly casual. Obviously a lot of bureaucracy and politics, but if you just want to be an individual contributor, you aren't going to be hassled too much.

    The pay and benefits are reasonably competitive. The back office ERP systems are crazy complicated. Single sign on is a pipe dream and they're always migrating payroll systems to integrate numerous more...
