    Advaiya is not for engineers and good software developers. but not bad for graduates with commerrce and arts background with low percentage. As the work maily comprise of preparing demo for which you just need to know little english as everything will be provided on net and you just have to copy and paste it in your document or demo.If you want to build your career then be cautious and join advaiya only to spoil your career.     In India they are leader in Microsoft Technologies. Join if you want to get update yourself. This is a best training centre in India but don't join if you want to make carrier with them. They don't pay as they promise.

    Don't believe anything what Advaiya management is writing. The truth is in last one year all their best employees have left and that is because of the management attitude. No one says anything good about them. They think they are kings and all others are slaves and that is how they treat. Be careful and don't work for them.

    The management is concerned about employees staying late. Great measures are taken to maintain a great work environment.

    The company doesn't bother about its employers especially girls. Sometimes when there is need of delivering targets, girls have to stay late at night and sometimes the whole night and when they are in office the management is not concerned about girls safety. they just want employees to stay late as much as they can.

    They exploit there employees and only want to make profits and don't pay what they first promise. They will make tall promises but actually they dont even do software development - more like writing work. My worst career move to join them.
