Great technology and people, but total lack of planning and the culture is dwindling from what it was to more of a corporate, mortgage insurance, environment. Lack of driven leadership at the tip top. The founders are skirted, but still very passionate about the company. Basically they're going to sell it and take things away inch by inch.

Not a bad working environment, if you don't mind that management can't even plan far enough in advance to know what number the clock will change to next.
