This place is a great starting point for programmers trying to find a solution to that catch 22 "you cant get a job with out experience, you cant get experience with out a job".
The company offers a ton of time for personal skill development. People are OK at best, not bad. Get your feet wet with a .com that's not fluttering.You would never guess, with the site and the brand looking as good as it does, that the operation is so small and more... -

The top management is open to new ideas, but don't necessarily fund them or support them in any meaningful way. Nonetheless, they allow developers to stretch technology in anyway that produces results.
