I'm not the smartest guy in the room

I've worked at several other jobs and there are times where it feels like you're the only one who really knows what's going on.
However, at Rentrak, I feel like the other developers really know their stuff. Also, I feel like Rentrak has the highest concentration of smart developers I've seen.The code-base is surpisingly clean, with very few bugs and bad hacks.I feel like the only thing they need to work on is developer-love. They could do a better job of more... -
